At Naija Food Bundle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

When Can You Return Items?

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We cannot accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • Perishable goods (such as fresh vegetables, fruits, or other food that can spoil)
  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on clearance or final sale

We'll provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions for your return.

Securely package the item and ship it to the address we provide.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at payments@naijafoodbundle.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at returns@naijafoodbundle.com and we will guide you through the process.

For international customers, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of the damage. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement as soon as possible.

For perishable items that arrive spoiled or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will issue a full refund or replacement.

How long does it take to process a refund?

What if I received the wrong item?

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at returns@naijafoodbundle.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, and provide a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect item.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover all return shipping costs. For returns based on customer preference (changed mind, ordered wrong item, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I return a subscription order?

Yes, you can return items from a subscription order following the same return policy. However, we recommend modifying or canceling your subscription through your account dashboard if you no longer wish to receive future deliveries.

What if my package was lost in transit?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will issue a replacement or refund.
